We want you to be totally ecstatic with your purchase and your experience with us.

Our policy is as simple as it gets. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it! We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase, all that we ask, is that the product is in the same condition as you received it and is in the original box/packaging.

Note: Some close-out and discontinued items may note qualify, please check for disclaimers on individual product listings.

For International orders, please note that we will only offer refunds of goods, any applicable shipping costs or taxes will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return my order?

Give our customer service team a call at 954-960-2020 or email us at returns@driftfreediving.com.

We will provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to get your purchase back to us. At our discretion, returns may be issued without requiring the original purchase.

Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened or used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Additionally, some close-out items are not available for returns or exchanges.
